As a Private Money Commercial Lender McMann provides commercial real estate mortgage programs for Mixed Use and other similar property types located in the 48 Contiguous States. McMann understands that there are times with an applicant has a need for special financing such as:  

  • No Tax Returns Required
  • A fully amortized term loan up to 30 years
  • 5 to 7 year fixed rates convertible
  • No Balloon Notes
  • No Seasoning on Title
  • Only 90 Day Seasoning on new rentals
  • Investor or Owner Occupied
  • Only 75% occupancy required
McMann can also provide these loan options for the acquisition, refurbishing, refinancing or cash out. Mixed use commercial loans are available for residential and commercial mixed-use properties. For properties with 5 or more residential units and no more than 40% of income generated by the commercial space, borrowers are eligible for financing under our multifamily loan programs.
